ATB Endorses Afri- Carreabean Tourism Summit That Will Take Place in February 2023 in Jamaica

The African Tourism is delighted to express its appreciation as it accepted and acknowledged the prestigious recognition in the drive and strive, promoting tourism recovery and sustainability across the world.

It was indeed a great pleasure for Hon. Cuthbert Ncube to meet with Hon. Edmund Bartlett, Minister of Tourism, Jamaica and discussed the Afri- Caribbean Summit during the CHOGM Summit in Kigali last year.

They discussed at length about ATB after which they deliberated and understood the vision, commitment and dedication from Minister Bartlett and the Govenment of Jamaica torwards tourism in the Caribbean and Africa in particular and ATB is highly pleased to officially endorse the forthcoming Afri-Caribbean Tourism Summit to be held in Jamaica in February 2023.

“We are fully aware of what collaboration between the Caribbean and Africa can do in developing economic spinoffs especially in the tourism context, which is why we would want to develop a sustainable relationship in our respective eandeavours in developing strategies that will strengthen the tourism Industry in our Continent and the Caribbean Community”, said Cuthbert Ncube, President, African Tourism Board.

African Tourism Board affirms its commitment in endorsing and supporting this great initiative bringing Africa to The Caribbean.

“We urge all stakeholders to rally behind this great initiative and experience the Caribbean culture, cuisines, music, hospitality and business opportunities, flavored with a dynamic African touch”, Ncube further said.

it is the mixture of this great continent, rallying together in synchronization with the Caribbean, aiming at promoting the diversity that makes Africa as a continent so unique.
