As the year draws to an end, celebrations of all meau are being promulgated and one of such top notch tourism award was “Les Sublimes du Tourisme”.

The event which was organised by the Country’s Minister of Tourism took place yesterday at the coveted Sofitel Hôtel Ivoire in Abidjan.

Hon. Siandou FOFANA, Minister of Tourism, Cote D’Ivoire the Chief host along side other prominent tourism personalities graced the occasion.

Chiefs among the VIPs present were ; the Secretary-General, United Nations World Tourism Organization (UNWTO) Mr. Zurab POLOLIKASHVILI, the representative of the Minister of Tourism, Saudi Arabia, Sheikh. Ahmed AL KHATEEB, the Resident representative of (WAEMU) (UEMOA) in Côte d’Ivoire Mr. Gustave DIASSO, Amb. Fatim Tollah one of ATB’s Cote D’Ivoire representatives and host of other VIPs.

We are delighted that our Tourism Minister, Hon. Siandou FOFANA is taking the tourism sector of our country to another level going by his track records of achievement.

We are more delighted at the presence of invited personalities, and it is our expectation that those that won the awards would see it as a renewed call to duty”, Fatim Tollah said.

The African Tourism however congratulates Hon. Siadou FOFANA and all our Ambassadors in the country for the successful hosting of “Les Sublime du Tourism” as we look forward to a robust strategic synergy.
